Transport and Delivery

Delivery of Your Order:

At Vedawi, we are dedicated to delivering your order with secure packaging within a specified timeframe. We operate shipments throughout the week, excluding Sundays and public holidays. To ensure the safe and timely arrival of your order, we utilize reputable courier and delivery services exclusively. Products purchased are dispatched via courier to the delivery address provided during the ordering process. If courier services are unavailable in your area, alternative government registered services such as book post or speed post will be utilized.

Dispatch and Transport:

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of purchase, subject to product availability. While most orders are delivered within 7 – 14 working days, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and Vedawi cannot guarantee delivery timelines. All orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout, and a signature is required upon receipt.

Loss or Damage During Transport:

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to inspect the products. If you receive a product in unsatisfactory condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, kindly refuse acceptance and return it to the delivery person. Alternatively, contact our customer care at 9999576343, Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5 pm, or email us at info@vedawi.com, providing your Order ID and detailing the issue, including any relevant photographs. Once we verify the product’s condition, we will promptly arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tags and packaging are intact when returning the product.

Delivery Address:

Ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Vedawi cannot be held liable for undelivered products due to address errors provided by the customer. In case of address inaccuracies, Vedawi bears no responsibility for failed delivery attempts.

Delivery Fees:

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized separately on the invoice. For orders with multiple products, shipping charges for each item are aggregated. Therefore, customers ordering multiple products will incur a combined delivery fee. Our prices are inclusive of all taxes except Octroi, if applicable in your region.
