Cancellation & Refund Policy
Returns for Products are permitted solely under the following circumstances:
1. The Product is received in an expired condition.
2. Non-conformance with the Product type as ordered.
3. Damage to the outer packaging of the Product.
4. The safety seal on the Product packaging is broken or missing.
To initiate a return based on the aforementioned grounds, a request must be raised within 24 hours of product delivery. Failure to do so within the stipulated timeframe will be construed as acceptance of the Product, rendering it ineligible for return. It is important to note that all return requests are subject to satisfactory verification and inspection by VEDAWI. Upon review of the images provided in the return request, VEDAWI reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the Product for return. Should it be determined that damage to the outer packaging is solely attributable to VEDAWI, the return will be authorized. The decision of VEDAWI regarding Product returns is final and binding.
To facilitate a return, please adhere to the following steps:
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at info@vedawi.com within 24 hours of order delivery.
Step 2: Provide your order ID details along with the return request, accompanied by an image of the Product and the invoice for reference.
Step 3: Products will be picked up within 9-10 business days, with the associated return delivery charges to be borne by you. Return and replacement processes will commence only upon receipt of the Products in their original packaging, with intact seals, labels, and barcodes.
Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. In cases where replacement is not feasible, a full refund, deducting the delivery cost, will be issued by VEDAWI.
Please be aware that VEDAWI will not accept returns under the following circumstances:
1. Damage due to misuse or overuse of the Product.
2. Return of Product without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
3. Tampered serial number.
4. Use or alteration of the Product.
5. Initiation of return request after 24 hours of order delivery.
6. Missing free product provided by the brand.
Additionally, partial returns of Products from a batch are accepted if they meet the specified criteria of damage or expiry. In such cases, the return request should include the damaged or expired Product from the order, along with any accompanying free gifts or vouchers.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Please be advised that VEDAWI reserves the right to cancel certain orders at its discretion. Circumstances leading to order cancellation may include limitations on available quantities, inaccuracies in Product or pricing information, or issues identified by VEDAWI. If necessary, VEDAWI may request further verification or information before accepting an order. Customers will be notified in case of order cancellation or if additional information is required. In the event of order cancellation after payment, the refunded amount will be returned to the customer with in 4-5 working days.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Once an order is placed, customers cannot cancel it.
AGREEMENT AND UNDERTAKING
By using our Products, you agree to the following:
1. You will bear any additional costs incurred by VEDAWI for re-delivery or cancellation due to incorrect information provided by you.
2. You will utilize VEDAWI Products for lawful purposes only.
3. You will provide accurate and genuine information upon request by VEDAWI, which reserves the right to validate such information at any time.
4. You acknowledge that your use of this Website and any transactions conducted herein are undertaken at your sole risk and discretion.
5. Prior to placing an order, you will carefully review the Product description and agree to the conditions of sale outlined therein.
